I recently enjoyed a massage at the Sembunyi Spa, and I have to say it was one of the best spa experiences I've had. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a soothing ambiance that set the tone perfectly. The staff offered me ginger tea and a wet towel to freshen up while I waited. I loved that I could choose my preferred essential oil for the massage. The facilities, including the jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna, were clean and well-maintained. The personal touch from the masseurs made the whole experience truly good. After a fantastic 60-minute massage, I left feeling completely rejuvenated and will definitely be returning for more.

Spacious and Cozy Rooms

I loved the spaciousness of the room during my stay! It was beautifully designed with plenty of room for both relaxation and play, especially for my family. The big bed was incredibly comfortable. The interiors, while perhaps a bit dated, were well-kept and clean, which made for a very pleasant stay. We even managed to enjoy a lovely view from our room. With everything working well in the room, it felt like the perfect retreat. I would highly recommend it for families looking for a cozy getaway.

Delicious Breakfast Buffet

Perfect Family Fun

We had a fantastic family stay! The kids absolutely loved the resort's wading pools, with two types of pools suitable for children, which kept them entertained for hours. The indoor playground was also a great bonus, allowing the kids to run around and play while I managed to relax a bit. The overall family-friendly environment made it a perfect choice for our short holiday, and my children are already asking when we can come back!

I had a wonderful weekend getaway with my family. The highlight was definitely the time spent at the pool and enjoying delicious meals at Verandah. The hospitality was exceptional, notably from Mr. Kumar, who went above and beyond to cater to our needs, even during a busy time. However, my business trip experience was quite disappointing as I faced unfriendly service and internet connectivity issues that affected my work. Overall, the resort has great dining and facilities, but the service needs improvement to ensure a consistent experience.
