poor servicebuffet confusion

The service was a mess. during check-in, i was told sahur (pre-dawn meal) would come to my room. i waited until 5:30 am, nothing arrived. at checkout, i learned they served a buffet due to high occupancy. i had food in my room luckily. no one knew what to do. They just took my info. also, i texted about the iftar buffet, but got no reply until i arrived only to find it fully booked (this annoyed me quite a bit!).
