I had a wonderful weekend getaway with my family. The highlight was definitely the time spent at the pool and enjoying delicious meals at Verandah. The hospitality was exceptional, notably from Mr. Kumar, who went above and beyond to cater to our needs, even during a busy time. However, my business trip experience was quite disappointing as I faced unfriendly service and internet connectivity issues that affected my work. Overall, the resort has great dining and facilities, but the service needs improvement to ensure a consistent experience.
